MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY

If a particular IGPC Site/Service requires you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. We will choose a password and a user name upon acceptance. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. All of the products manufactured for or by IGPC are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of invoice. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability arising from any product manufactured for or by IGPC shall be the price of the product ordered.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, IGPC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. In the event that your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, IGPC shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the incorrect price. RISK OF LOSS All items purchased from IGPC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

PAYMENT METHODS

Credit cards - We except the following major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases at IGPC. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

Cashier's Checks, Company checks, and Personal Checks - IGPC accepts cashiers checks, personal checks and company checks in U.S. dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a cashiers check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt, for clearance of funds, before the order is processed. We charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. All orders of philatelic material are shipped via Federal Express, UPS, or other method of insured method of transportation. Official order documentation is enclosed for all international shipments for customs clearance.
